Please note the following important assigning dates:

Monday, September 9^th:  Last day to enter Fall availability into GymJas  (you may modify your availability after this date, but no guarantee for an assignment)

Monday, September 16^th:  Sept-Dec meets assigned and contracts sent out

Friday, September 20^th:  Fall google link posted on WANAWGJ website  (meet times/sessions will update as Meet Director’s get info to Laurel)

Monday, October 21^st:  Last day to enter Winter availability into GymJas  (you may modify your availability after this date, but no guarantee for an assignment)
